Pink Luxurious Tented Clearwater Wedding | Belleview Inn

In the historic beach town of Belleair, Alex and Jeffrey’s destination Florida wedding featured a luxurious outdoor tent with a touch of Southern charm. As guests entered the venue, they were surrounded by the ambiance of a secret garden paradise, complete with show-stopping florals and a lively band setting the perfect rhythm for the night.

“I felt it was important to incorporate the natural beauty as our wedding was going to be outside in a tent. The intimate feel of the tent and seated dinner were very much our style,” the bride shared. “I chose different shades of pink from light to bright. We also used vintage-inspired blue and white vases. I’ve always loved these vases, and the color combination with the pink was both elegant and fun!”

The couple chose the Clearwater area for their 135-guest destination winter wedding, as the groom hails from Tampa Bay. Planning from nearby Georiga, Alex understood the importance of a seasoned wedding planner and sought someone well-versed in the local event community.

“Once we booked the venue and the band, my mom and I were pretty overwhelmed with the search for vendors. We both work full-time so we needed someone in the Tampa area who knew reputable vendors and could get the vendors booked,” Alex explained. “My mom was very impressed with Jessica of Parties A’ La Carte expertise from the first conversation. We can’t say enough good things about them! The team is incredibly effective and efficient. They created our budget and stayed within the budget while making my exact vision come to life. Once we began working with Parties, the process was completely stress-free.”

After the traditional Episcopal church ceremony, the reception unfolded on the lush lawn of the historic Belleview Inn. Entering the fully draped white tent, guests were surrounded by a luxurious garden atmosphere featuring vibrant centerpieces lining the feasting tables, blue and white chinoiserie vases, and majestic chandeliers dripping with greenery. Elegant silver-rimmed glass chargers accompanied by clear Chiavari chairs added to the romantic setting.

“I sent my vision to my planners at Parties A’ La Carte, and they worked with Bruce Wayne Florals to make it a reality,” the bride detailed. “We were happy to have planners suggest vendors and work directly with the florist on our behalf. The bright florals were really special and unique to our wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with the wedding flowers. It was exactly what I envisioned!”

The night was filled with laughter, music, and an atmosphere of pure joy, making it an unforgettable evening for the bride.

“There was a moment during dinner when I looked around to take in the beauty of the tent with all of our family and closest friends smiling and enjoying the occasion,” Alex reminisced. “The entire wedding weekend was flawless.”
