Why should I hire a Wedding Planner?

We know how busy life can get. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful, especially for working couples/families who just don’t have the extra time for all the details that go into a wedding. Your wedding is supposed to be the best day of your life! We want it to be just that. We have all the relationships, and work with only the best vendors, so you can relax knowing you’ve hired a team that will all give 100%!

When is the best time to select a Wedding Planner?

That all depends, how long do you want to stress over planning your wedding? We love when couples come to use after only weeks of being engaged. This allows us to show them all options of our planning services!

How do I know if I need a Wedding/Event Planner?

You may be getting overwhelmed with the whole planning process. It could be that you never knew just how many little details are involved, or maybe you simply just don’t have the time! This is normal and we are here to help. With the multiple services that we offer, we will step in and help relieve some or all of the stress from you.

What services do you provide?

How many events have you done?

Parties A' La Carte has been established since 2012 with an average of 50 events per year.

I am concerned about being involved with the planning process. Can I still hire a wedding planner and be involved?

Of course! We are here to help you. How much you want to be involved is up to you. Our role is to execute the vision you have for your wedding and provide insight and feedback along the way to make the process smooth.

How much do you charge?

Parties A' La Carte’s packages begin at $1,500 for weddings and events.

How do you determine your fees?

Our fees are reflective of our experience in the industry as well as well as the quality of experience that we provide for our clients. We hope that when hiring Parties A La Carte, our clients know they are investing in peace of mind that their wedding/event will be and unforgettable experience.

How can Parties A La Carte make my wedding one of a kind?

Parties A/ La Carte loves meeting our clients and getting a feel for their personality and style. Specializing in creating events that showcase YOU! Your vision. We work with a variety of different vendors to find the best of the best.

Can you recommend other wedding vendors?

Yes! Our preferred vendors list is quite selective. The vendors we work with haven’t just been put on our list because they’ve asked to be there. They have proved to us over and over again that they’re the best. Always coming through for our team and our clients.

Will you meet with other vendors with me?

Yes. We can help with all vendor selections, contracts, meetings, etc. We also offer our studio as a meeting place for all clients.

What if I only need you on the day of my wedding or event?

You’re in luck! We offer a Month-Of planning package! View our Services page for details.

Where do you plan weddings?

We serve the Greater Tampa Bay and surrounding areas and are available for travel and destination weddings.

Can you help me with my destination wedding?

We work with many clients who live out-of-state and are planning a Florida destination wedding.
