Elegant Emerald Green Bradenton Wedding | Concession Golf Club

Alison and Brendan’s outdoor Bradenton wedding set an elegant winter palette against a bright blue Florida sky in December. The wintery garden-inspired flora combined deep greens and moody reds accented with gold details.

“I would describe my wedding design inspiration as rustic elegance with a fairytale feeling. I wanted this to be a night to remember and have always wanted to have that elegant feeling without being too over the top,” Alison shared. “The colors were emerald green and mauve with hints of gold. I absolutely love these colors together and knew I wanted a darker color palette with having a wedding in December.”

The bride and groom welcomed 104 guests to The Concession Golf Club, where they watched the couple exchange vows on a manicured lawn under a wedding pergola adorned with florals and greenery. Guests sat in classic white folding chairs as Allison walked toward Brendan. The bride held a full bouquet that matched the flowers lining the ceremony aisle while the couple declared their love in the light of the Florida sunshine.

“I wanted a venue that was secluded for a more intimate feeling, and that had ‘old southern charm’ without having to travel out of state,” Allison explained. “We chose The Concession Golf Club because of how exquisite and beautiful the architecture of the country club was. It is also extremely quiet and secluded, which just makes it all the more magical.”

The newlyweds entered the reception room filled with romantic candlelight and accented with dark green tablecloths and gold-rimmed chargers paired with ivory King Louis chairs with gold accents. The bride worked closely with her wedding planner, Jessica Ralph, owner of Parties A La Carte, who managed the entire planning process with a skilled approach while also flawlessly coordinating the wedding day. Thanks to the team’s organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail, the final result was everything the bride had envisioned.

“There were so many beautiful details on Alison and Brendan’s wedding day, but the color palette was one of my favorite elements,” Jessica beamed. “The velvet deep green linens paired with gold accents brought a sense of luxury to the design. The light pink, white, and deep purple florals brought a beautiful contrast to each setting that we absolutely adored!”

Parties A La Carte warmed up a winter day in the Sunshine State by adding personal touches close to the couple’s hearts. One intimate detail included white cocktail napkins with Alison and Brendan’s dogs etched in gold above their new shared last name. At the end of the night, the couple walked out into their new life together surrounded by sparklers to show how bright their love shined throughout the day.

“I wanted a wedding planner who was relatable, easy to work with, detail-oriented, and who would listen to what my inspiration was and be able to give input and enhance it,” the bride gushed. “Parties A La Carte was a dream to work with, and they did an amazing job. From start to finish, it was perfect, thanks to them. They made the whole planning process through execution easy and stress-free.”

Allison wore a fitted lace dress with stunning detail throughout and an exquisite v-neck front and open back. Her hair was loosely pinned up as waterfall curls fell in her face and complimented her chiffon veil. Brendan wore a deep green suit jacket with black detailing to match the rich color palette, which allowed his beautiful bride to shine in wedding white. Allison’s bridal party wore varying shades of green floor-length gowns, while the groomsmen wore traditional black suits with deep green ties and lapels to match.

Although the entire celebration was truly unforgettable, it was an intimate moment between the bride and groom that is forever etched in Alison’s memory.

“The entire day was magical, and I truly loved every minute of our wedding day, but one particular moment that was extremely special to me was having a last dance privately right before our sparkler send-off,” the bride reminisced. “It was nice just having that intimate moment as husband and wife alone on the dance floor.”
